Jordan Lindgren built his hospitality career across Los Angeles and Minneapolis before eventually bringing that experience to Sioux Falls. With more than a decade spent in bars, restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality management, his background blends craft cocktail knowledge, high-volume service experience, operational leadership, and guest-focused hospitality.
His approach to bar consulting is rooted in both creativity and practicality — developing thoughtful beverage programs, staff training, and hospitality systems designed to work in real-world service environments. From cocktail education and menu development to private bartending and beverage photography, Jordan’s work is driven by the belief that great hospitality should feel intentional, approachable, and memorable.
